Lead salt stabilizer is a solid and liquid composite stabilizer with a synergistic mixture of components.


Lead salt stabilizer has strong thermal stability, good dielectric properties and low price. Reasonable ratio with lubricant can widen the processing temperature range of PVC resin, and the quality of processed products and post-processed products is stable. It is the most commonly used stabilizer at present. Lead salt stabilizer is mainly used for hard products. Lead salt stabilizer has the characteristics of good thermal stabilizer performance, excellent electrical properties and low price. However, lead salt is toxic and cannot be used in products in contact with food, cannot be made into transparent products, and is easily contaminated with sulfides to generate black lead sulfide.
